Frequently asked questions
Core answers for renters browsing listings and agencies using the NoViewingFee platform.
How do I contact an agency about a listing?
Open the property detail page and use the listed agency phone or email details. NoViewingFee is designed to make direct contact simple.
Are listings verified before they appear publicly?
Listings are published through the agency dashboard. That means agencies control what goes live, and unpublished or archived properties are not shown on the public marketplace.
Can I leave feedback on a property?
Yes. Each published property includes a feedback form where visitors can submit comments and a rating. Agencies can review feedback from their dashboard.
Do I need an account to browse properties?
No. Public browsing is open. Only agencies need a login to manage listings, uploads, and performance data.
What locations and price filters are available?
The listings page supports location and price filtering. Results update based on city or area matches and the min/max budget values you provide.
Who is responsible for the accuracy of a listing?
Each agency is responsible for the content, pricing, availability, photos, and contact details attached to its listings. Renters should confirm material details directly with the agency.
What should I do if someone asks for a viewing fee?
Do not pay. Viewing requests on NoViewingFee must be free. Report the listing, agent, or request details to info@www.noviewingfee.com.
